We have developed BIOPAP®Easy System to provide a professional system to prepare, pack, heat-seal and
deliver meals safely and hygienically for take-away and delivery applications. Today’s restauration models
promote take away and in particular home or office delivery of both hot and cold meals. One of the critical
points is the sealability of the containers which guarantees hygiene and absence of contamination during
deliveries and transport.
BIOPAP®, with its unique experience in compostable containers, dual ovenable and freezer resistant, has
created a light but professional system, inspired by large caterers conveying meal system.
BIOPAP®Easy System is composed of BIOPAP® containers, semi-automatic heat-sealing machine and
compostable sealing film designed to work perfectly together. Restaurants, cafeterias, street food, can now
have a multi-tested and reliable, fast and safe system to pack, seal and deliver quality food in biodegradable
and compostable containers, made from renewable raw materials. The best food, prepared with care, deserves
the safety and functionality of an all-made in Italy packaging system. We have combined the safety and speed
of industrial technology with the practicality, convenience and ecological nature of BIOPAP® compostable
containers.

Modular mould: fast and precise (3 positions)
Fast change at tray size and model.
3 Biopap® trays in different sizes can be sealed with one modular mould.
The specially designed modular mould, allows sealing more tray sizes on
the same machine without changing the sealing form.
In order to pass from one size to another you just have to move a mobile bar.
The advantage of the modular mould is the speed in changing from one tray
to another.
This solution is ideal for the gastronomy counter or take-away, where tray
format has to be changed quickly according to customer needs.
It is hygienic, waterproof, professional.
